Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Lancaster

My client is an award winning Regional Law firm with offices across Lancashire. They now seek to appoint a Residential and local Solicitor 3-10 PQE to further develop the residential conveyancing department in Lancaster.

The regional office employs a number of Solicitors and support staff and they are now looking to add a further Solicitor to look after the day to day development of this department.
The successful Solicitor will already be established in the area, have an excellent reputation in the industry and be passionate about offering a first class conveyancing service to clients. This firm does not have a factory transactional mentality, but the aim of developing long term relationships with clients and a service that is above all others and so evidence of practice and development is key.
Day to day you will manage a caseload and in time once the department is established lead a team. The work will involve not only managing a caseload of all types of residential transactions but also building a department by networking locally to attract new business and further develop relationships.
You will be at least 3-4 years PQE but the firm are very happy to speak to those with more PQE especially if they have a following.
