Residential Conveyancing Paralegal 

We are a progressive Islington law firm looking to recruit a Paralegal to work in our busy residential property department.

Duties will include dealing with the opening of new files, assisting with exchange, completions and post completion work, liaising with clients in person and by telephone, preparing and drafting legal documentation, and conducting searches.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 months experience of working within a property department as a paralegal. Some enfranchisement experience is preferred but not essential and candidates must be happy to participate in team marketing events

Applicants must also have a degree level education, excellent IT skills and attention to detail, be a team player and have a genuine attitude of 'no job is too big or too small'.
