My Client is a thriving Personal Injury Legal firm based in Altrincham who specialise in Personal Injury, Credit Hire and Contract Disputes. They are seeking experienced Personal Injury Paralegals to handle Portal stages 1, 2 and 3 RTA matters. Ideally you will have at least 12 months previous experience handling cases through stages 1 and 2 of the MoJ Portal, with stage 3 experience being desirable.
You will be required to assess the liability, causation, quantum and credibility of a claim, including liaising confidently with third party allegations of fraud. You will be assertive handling cases from initial instructions through to completion.
