Company Commercial Solicitor

Very rare opportunity! 

This established Cornish client is recruiting into its business team in Truro. 

This Company Commercial Solicitor role will be working closely with the wider business team on a range of company/commercial matters to include:

• Business sales & purchase 
• Intellectual Property
• Contract negotiation & drafting 
• Private Equity & Investment transactions 
• Business Start-up advice 
• Joint ventures, partnership/shareholder agreements (& dissolution)
• Restructuring

Occasionally, there may be the need to advise on disputes, so any exposure to commercial litigation would be an advantage. 

Excellent client relationships are already in place across Cornwall and the wider South West, although candidates interested in business development are encouraged to apply. You will be an astute solicitor with an excellent commercial background, but you will also have a friendlier side that Cornish clients can warm to. 

This role will suit a solicitor with at least one year's experience. 

Those already working in Cornwall will of course be considered, as will those out of the area who are seriously considering relocating.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
