Commercial Counsel

Unique opportunity for Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel to join a rapidly growing team within a global IT solutions company who is implementing a new innovative way of supplying legal services.

The client is setting up a new team which will over the next year require the recruitment of approximately 10 qualified Lawyers. At this point in time, we currently have open vacancies for a Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel who will negotiate, draft and advise on a variety of commercial agreements including both technology and outsourcing deals which involve a broad range of products and services.

In addition, both the Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel roles will be overseeing complex IT transactions and be expected to offer new innovative ideas that could make the overall process more efficient as the organisation evolves.

Successful applicants will be qualified lawyers (or the equivalent) with a background in the technology sector, ideally including specific outsourcing experience. At the £50-75k end of the range, candidates making their first step out of Practice will be considered at the Legal Counsel level if they have supported clients in the Technology space, but previous in-house experience is crucial to join at the Senior Legal Counsel level.
