Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Our client, a long established but forward thinking law firm with offices throughout Lancashire are seeking to appoint 2 Residential Conveyancers for their office in East Lancashire. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning law firm that offers progression opportunities.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from Instruction to Completion. Your caseload will consist of; Sales & Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Property Trusts, Residential Leases and Tenancy Agreements on behalf of Freehold & Leasehold properties.

The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge and possess recent & relevant experience within Residential Conveyancing. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise your caseload.
