Your new company

They are an international law firm with expertise in litigation ad dispute resolution. In particular they focus on insurance/reinsurance and liability industries. They are seeking a Professional Indemnity Claims Handler to join their Taunton office.

Your new role

You will be sat in the Claims Handler team running a caseload of Professional Indemnity, D&O and Financial Institutions matters. You will be advising on coverage and policy issues, this will include third party property claims. You will also be defending professional indemnity claims against solicitors, barristers, accountants and insurance brokers.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have claims handling experience, preferably this will be gained through a defendant insurance law firm or within the insurance market. Ideally, you will have experience in Professional Indemnity. You will need excellent personal skills and experience liaising with clients and providing customer service. It is desirable that you know how to use electronic case management systems.
