Our International law firm client requires a Finance & Tax Administrator to join their Tax and Partnership team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include all housekeeping in relation to partnership changes/moves, including quarterly correspondence with banks and accountants regarding joiners and leavers, and submitting relevant tax documents to HMRC for new partners, keeping entity details up-to-date on the HR information system, arranging financial inductions and off-boarding meetings with partners, sending partner distributions and debt lists, taking internal and external queries, responding as appropriate and/or ensuring that all messages are passed on in a timely manner, assisting with tax computations and assisting with partnership capital subscriptions, other secretarial and administrative duties including diary management. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months Administrative experience within a professional services firm, candidates with a qualification or experience within Finance would be advantageous. Candidates need to have excellent written and communication skills as well as being advanced using Microsoft Office. Standard hours are 9:30AM – 5:30PM.
