Junior Associate, M&A Private Equity + General Corp – Leading US practice

Our client is a leading US law firm. They have over 30 practices worldwide with a dominant Corporate practice heading out of Philadelphia. They also have offices in London & Hong Kong.

In line with successful expansion in Asia, the firm is looking to expand its Corporate M&A/PE department based in Hong Kong. 

This is an opportunity for a Junior level Corporate lawyer (2-3 PQE) to be based in Hong Kong and with native English drafting skills and Fluent Mandarin.

Hong Kong or overseas qualified, able to handle a broad range of Cross Border M &A, JV, Takeover, PE work within the Asia Pacific region as well as general corporate.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ post qualification experience from an international firm
• Solid experience in cross border M&A, private equity as well as corporate finance
• Open to lawyers from a variety of jurisdictions
• Solid technical skills and experience in corporate transactions
• Ambitious, motivated and entrepreneurial lawyers only; people not afraid of a challenge or hard work – Cravath Salary on offer!
