Residential Property Solicitor

A private practice with a long standing history in Oxfordshire require a Residential Property Lawyer to join them in the Autumn to cover a period of maternity leave.

The successful candidate will need to have experience in handling a full residential property caseload without supervision and be able to handle the following: freehold and leasehold, acquisitions and disposals, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity, leases and lease extensions and new builds.

The workload will consist of high value properties. The firm pride themselves on providing a high standard of client care and satisfaction, therefore the ability to build rapport with clients is essential.

There will be secretarial support available.

Based in a vibrant area of Oxfordshire this represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded firm within the region.

This role, whilst based in Oxfordshire, is commutable for candidates based in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire as well as Oxfordshire.
