We are representing a national supplementary education provider who are recruiting a German-speaking paralegal into their in-house team, with a heavy focus on commercial contracts.
The Role:
- Assisting the team on all legal matters arising within the firm
- Reviewing commercial contracts, drafting amendments
- Researching regulatory requirements to ensure the business stays compliant
- Be a key contact for internal stakeholders
Required:
- Law degree (either UK or German)
- Able to speak German to a professional standard (fluent or native)
- 1 years' commercial contracts experience in a paralegal capacity
