Out client has an exceptional corporate department that works with clients across the globe providing effective representation on their clients most significant corporate transactions.

Their London office is currently looking to recruit two associates to join its foremost UK Corporate legal team at the junior and mid-senior associate level. The roles will involve providing legal services to public issuers, private companies and financial underwriters in on a breadth of M&A and capital markets transactions and will involve working on a range of general corporate matters and equity capital markets.

The successful applicant attorney should have some experience of the following: drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements; warranties and indemnities; conducting due diligence; preparing offering documents and listing particulars and liaising with foreign legal counsel.

Candidates coming from a broad corporate practice (M&A as well as equity capital markets) are preferred. However, those from a more traditional M&A practice with some prior exposure to funds and/or ECM will also be considered.

The successful applicants will have strong academic credentials and be qualified as lawyers in England and Wales or another established jurisdiction (US/ Western Europe / Australia / NZ) and have prior experience of working at an English or US firm.
