A traditional High Street Practice based in Southport, are seeking a Paralegal to join their Commercial property department on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a traditional firm and work closely with senior members of the team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to the organisation during the period.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* The role is to work in a team of 3-4 assistants providing support to four solicitors.
* Duties include file opening and closing, communicating with clients and third parties, maintaining excel spread sheets and processing payments on behalf of clients amongst other duties.
Experience required:
* LLB in Law and/or LPC qualified.
* Experience of Residential Property cases.
