New opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established specialist firm.

Our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their office in Cardiff. They are a leading specialist conveyancing firm and were awarded 'Conveyancing Firm of the Year' by Law Firm Services in 2016. The role will involve carrying out all legal aspects of residential property transactions. This will include: leaseholds, freeholds, registered properties, unregistered properties, Types of transactions will include: purchases, sales, remortgages, auctions, new build, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity, lease extensions and deeds of variation. Salary for the role will depend on experience but will be between £26,000- £27,000 plus bonuses. They are also looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancer/Team Leader with a salary up to £31,000 but the successful candidate must have people management experience.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years conveyancing experience and be capable of managing a large caseload.
