Our client is a leading law firm in the legal industry with offices in Manchester and is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their busy commercial team. You will be working closely with FTSE 100 clients
Description
You will be involved in a range of activities including trade & regulation, commercial contracts, competition, procurement, technology, outsourcing and IP. You will be a strong commercial lawyer with a good general commercial background. You will take responsibility as an advisor on a range of small to medium complex projects. You will have strong technical knowledge of non contentious commercial transactions, IT/Technology deals and outsourcing, ideally with experience of large transactions.
Profile
You will be a Commercial Solicitor 1 to 8 years PQE or a fee earner with strong commercial experience.
