Tax Associate - Global Top 20 firm
A global law firm who are headquartered in London are looking to expand their most profitable practice area. Having won various awards for not just their technical expertise but also their upbeat and positive culture, positions within the team and firm are highly sort after.
Their Tax team are a multi-disciplinary transactional team who are heavily invested in by the firm, providing a spring board for talented Tax Lawyers to become market leaders and rated individuals. The team leverage off and have cohesive relationships with other key practice areas including; corporate, Real Estate and Litigation, placing them in prime position to be part of UK and global leading projects. As part of this team you will be expected to advise on all aspects of Tax planning and support M&A transactions.
Clients; prestigious client base ranging from High Net Worth Individuals, Private Institutions, and Blue-Chip Corporates across a broad range of sectors on a National, European and International basis.
The ideal candidate;
- 3+ years PQE within a recognised Tax Practice
- Comfortable developing working relationships with clients of the most senior level
- Have the ability to work autonomously on own matters and work closely with Partners
