THE ROLE
We are now seeking a Private Client Paralegal in Worcester. You will ideally have solid understanding of Wills, Trusts, LPAs and general probate matters and be comfortable handling a diverse workload. Working under minimum supervision, you will undertake duties including: estate administration; managing trust files; Wills; LPAs and; trust matters. For the empathetic Paralegal, you will advise clients on all aspects therefore having excellent communication skills delivered in a clear and concise manner is essential. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis to a fee earner looking for career growth and development.

You must be a Paralegal with experience within a Private Client department;
Solid expertise in Probate, Wills, Trusts and LPAs is desirable;
You must be able to handle a diverse caseload with minimum supervision;
