Commercial Legal Counsel

EJ Legal have recently been instructed by a higher education organisation based in Central London to assist with a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Commercial Lawyer.

The role, which reports into a Senior Legal Counsel, is a great opportunity for a 2+ PQE Lawyer who has experience either at a reputable law firm or In-House organisation in dealing with a range of Commercial matters. Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel you shall assist with supplier and lease agreements, compliance, data protection and IP issues. You shall be supported by two Paralegals and work closely with a number of other individuals across the Legal department.

Candidates will have had experience of dealing with a wide range of Commercial matters and ideally have had exposure to compliance issues. Additionally the role will be working with Litigation solicitors and therefore candidates will need to have experience of dealing with these matters either during their training contract or since qualification, This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Lawyer looking to make their first In-House move or an experienced In-House Commercial Lawyer looking for a more challenging role within a fast-paced consumer orientated organisation.
