A highly reputable Solicitors practice are seeking to expand their growing and dynamic Private Client department by adding an experienced Private Client Lawyer for within their Leamington Spa office. Salary is up to £35K dependant on experience.

Due to the firms expansion they require a Senior Private Client Solicitor to be able to hit the ground running and take on a challenging caseload of Wills, lifetime and post-death tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship and elderly client issues. The firm has a highly enviable reputation within the legal sector, they are able to offer a highly competitive salary, numerous benefits and a fantastic work life balance.

Skills and Responsibilities;

- Must have over 3 years qualified experience dealing with Private Client matters
- Must have experience dealing with Wills, lifetime and post-death tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship and elderly client issues.
- Preferable be qualified or part qualified STEP or SFE
- Exceptional Client care skills

- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team
- Willingness to develop and expand skills and knowledge, undertaking further training as required
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to work towards and achieve set targets
