My client is a full service claimant firm with offices across Liverpool and Merseyside, specialising in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Employment and Private Client. Due to continued success and an influx of new instructions, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to the team!
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of predominantly litigated Clinical Negligence matters, from instruction through to completion. You will be expected to work autonomously with minimal supervision, giving support to the more junior members of the Clinical Negligence team.
You will play a vital part in driving the department forward, supporting the team and providing assistance on other complex Clinical Negligence matters.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary (guideline of up to £40,000) in line with previous experience, along with an additional bonus scheme & benefits package.
