Corporate Lawyer (Leading Bank)

The company:

A leading financial services institution is seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join its London Legal team

The role:

Reporting to the Head of Legal and operating at senior stakeholder level, you will lead on a broad range of M&A transactions. The role will be transacting across a number of different business lines. The postholder can expect a positive and friendly work environment with consistent hours.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have top tier corporate/M&A experience and is likely to be employed at a leading city law firm. Furthermore, candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent academics and the ability to provide commercially focused legal advice. The ideal candidate will also have had some in-house exposure, either in a current role or in the form of a secondment, though this is not essential.
