The company

Pure Search is working with a leading international financial services business seeking a lawyer for a broad In House Counsel position.

The role:

Responsibilities will include:

  • Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contract, software and service agreements
  • Advise on new product initiatives and FCA regulatory work
  • Support as required in areas such as litigation, date protection and employment
  • Develop relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders
  • Instruct external legal counsel as necessary.

About you:

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with a financial services background - Experience in areas such as litigation and data protection is not essential. The business has an excellent reputation and there are genuine career opportunities for the right candidate.
