Banking Associate 3-6 PQE Real Estate Finance focus

A leading international law firm with an enviable client base is seeking a Banking Associate with a focus on Real Estate Finance to work on worldwide transactions. The work is often headline making and typical clients are banks, investment funds and high end borrower work. The firm has developed a strong reputation acting in the Asset Management, TMT, Life Sciences and the Energy and Infrastructure sectors as specialist lender/borrower counsel, as well as continuing the more traditional lending work for the bank client base. There is a team of over 20 Partners and 40 associates and you will be part of a wider international team (120 staff and 30 partners) with expertise across acquisition and bid finance, structured finance, syndicated lending, secured lending, project finance, trade finance, asset finance and workouts and restructurings. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced associate to work alongside the partners in the Banking group with a focus on Real Estate Finance. The successful candidate will have a broad range of transactional and general banking experience with a significant proportion of that experience being in Real Estate Finance.
