This really is a great opportunity and the firm is willing to consider solicitors from claimant clinical negligence backgrounds as well as solicitors with defendant personal injury experience.

The Role

You will join a busy team that is looking to expand and has an excellent reputation for their work in the medical sector.

Your caseload will comprise of defendant clinical negligence work, you will work closely with the NHSLA and NHS Trusts on pre litigated and litigated matters.

You will be supported by a great network and excellent training and mentoring given by the firm.

The Candidate

Ideally our client is looking for a candidate with defendant clinical negligence experience, but applications form candidates from a defendant personal injury background or from a claimant clinical negligence background will also be considered.

You should have a real interest in clinical negligence law and the firm is looking for candidates that are passionate in this area of law.

Ideally you should have 2 or more years PQE, however applications from qualified solicitor with less experience will also be considered.
