A law firm with an integrated integrated global team of Banking and Finance lawyers and professionals.
THE ROLE
A fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, advising on premium structured finance and CLO work within a leading international law firm.
The firm is expanding, both internationally and within the UK.
Its securitisation team is a market leader and the London team is building up a complementary UK structured finance / CLO / securitisation team.
This presents fantastic long term opportunities for the right candidates.
The team regularly advises on CLOs, NPL portfolio sales, their warehouse financing and their securitisation refinancing, in the UK and continental Europe.
They also advise on auto ABS, RMBS, CMBS and other ABS and support the leading energy and aviation sectors on capital markets deals using structured finance techniques.
As part of the firm's Debt Capital Markets team, which covers a broad range of UK and international transactional work including debt capital markets, Islamic finance/sukuk and derivatives you will be encouraged to work with other DCM partners, offering a broad skill set and opportunities to develop.
They are looking for high calibre associates with an enthusiasm for structured finance, CLOs and securitisation.
This role offers an interesting and high profile opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the practice and firm and in return you can expect excellent prospects for career development.
Junior, mid-level and senior candidates will be considered.
ABOUT YOU
Candidates will ideally have experience both of public (term) securitisations, CLOs or of conduit securitisations, acting both for arrangers, CLO managers and for originators.
Failing that the firm would be interested to hear from candidates who have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the structured finance sphere.
You'll need to have a strong academic background, proactive attitude, English law legal knowledge and experience of acting for financial institutions in structured finance, securitisation or CLO transactions would be advantageous
