Corporate / Commercial Lawyer - Riyadh, KSA

We are actively inviting interest from talented Corporate Commercial lawyers looking to further their career with an international, multi award winning law firm. 

The firm in question have recently brought onboard a select number of high profile clients and with that, a significant increase in their existing caseload. This is expected to keep the firm busy for a number of years to come and with this in mind, the need has arisen to increase the Corporate Commercial departments headcount significantly over the coming months. 

Our clients believe that establishing the right corporate structure is paramount to operating efficiently. From creating new structures to simplifying, reorganising or restructuring existing businesses, the firm expects that each of their lawyers have the knowledge and practical expertise to help on multi jurisdictional projects. With that in mind, we ask that you have:

- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience

- A strong academic background preferably gained from either US / UK / Australia

- Previous law firm experience with a Corporate Commercial background.

- Regional expertise (Saudi Arabia) will be considered to have a strong advantage

- Fluency in English is essential
