Due to continued growth, a need has been identified for a Senior Corporate Associate lawyer to join the expanding team of this major US firm.

To be considered for this position you will have qualified in a common law jurisdiction and will have a minimum of 6 years’ PQE and will have been exposed to most if not all of the following; M&A (public and private); joint ventures, investments, private equity, general corporate / commercial, corporate reorganisation / restructuring work.
