Head of Private Client

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor, looking to join a market leading Top 100 Law Firm based in Preston? If so we would love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to head up the department for Wills and trusts with a small but employee-focused firm.

The firm is seeking an experienced individual who is approachable, efficient and willing to embrace changing processes and technologies. You must have a solid background in wills, trusts and estates and strive for continuing development. Demonstrable networking and relationship management skills are essential. A STEP qualification or the motivation to gain one is desirable.

As the ideal candidate for this role you will have the proven ability to lead and develop the department across the full spectrum of private client work, including Wills, Estates, Trusts and Court of Protection. Business development, networking, event attendance and marketing participation will also be required.
