My client, a large Corporate firm based in Manchester City Centre are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 4 Years PQE+ to join their thriving Property department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing law firm that enjoys excellent relationships with clients from a variety of industries
The role will be dealing with a variety of Commercial Property matters covering; Sales & Purchases, Leases, Landlord & Tenant and other property matters on behalf of SME's, Property Developers, Retailers, Manufacturers and Office-based clients.
The applicant will possess a minimum of 4 Years PQE within Commercial Property and be keen to contribute to the continued growth of the firm and department by participating in Business Development by attending networking events and Conferences.
