Corporate and M&A Solicitor

A leading niche corporate law firm based in Northamptonshire is looking for a Corporate and M&A Solicitor to join its busy and thriving team.

The role will require the candidate with a minimum of 4 years' PQE to assist with caseloads, including; mergers and acquisitions, corporate advice and shareholder issues, and corporate reorganisations and restructuring.

The candidate will be expected to develop effective, long-term relationships with their clients, and have a strong interest in progressing their career as a Corporate and M&A Solicitor.
