My client is a large, global asset management business looking to hire an experienced Company Secretary on a permanent basis.
The role will include supporting the European function of the business particularly the legal function in relation to all company secretary and fund governance matters.
A successful candidate will be a chartered company secretary and ideally come from an in-house legal department of an asset management or other financial services business.
