The existing team deals with a sales and purchases, mergers and acquisition, MBO’s, demergers, negotiating share purchase agreements, and asset purchase agreements. Their typical client will be SME, many of which are long standing clients within the East Midlands.

This position will suit candidates looking to qualify into the corporate field and develop their career within one of the most well respected names within the East Midlands. You will have undertaken your training contract at a respectable mid-size or large law firm and have a strong academic background.

The firm is offering a competitive salary and extensive benefits package including 25 days’ holiday (increasing annually), 5% pension contribution, life assurance at three times annual salary, and childcare vouchers.
