Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Our client is a leading law firm based in Slough. They have a national reputation for handling commercial and personal legal matters for a wide range of individuals, businesses, institutions, and third sector organisations.

Their highly regarded Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Department handles claims against doctors and other health care professionals.

The department is now seeking to appoint a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE to run a predominantly claimant case load of work which including sensitive matters such as birth injuries, cerebral palsy, spinal or brain injuries.

As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be required to run your own caseload of up to 30 matters at any one time, however you will be required to work as a team assisting on larger cases and more complex matters when required. 

The department consists of 3 Accredited Clinical Negligence Lawyers who are recommended by the Legal 500 as specialists in their field.
