I am inviting applications from ambitious and driven NQ Commercial Property Lawyer to join one of the regions top rated law firms, based in Solihull. Salary is up to £35K dependant on experience.

Our client, an award winning law firm delivers high quality legal services to businesses and the individual. The Commercial Property team is a large team spreading across the West Midlands and is well established and extremely highly regarded in the market.

Solicitors will act on a varied caseload including Freehold and Leasehold/Landlord and Tenant and Property Development matters. Candidates with Development experience would be of particular interest but this isn't essential.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent client management skills and ideally be between NQ to 1 years PQE. In addition, you will be a team player, with a strong practical approach to your workload with a commitment for delivering a high quality service.
