This is an opportunity for a Property Development / Regeneration NQ+ to join a busy and growing Birmingham law firm.

A great selling point of this firm is that whilst you will be busy and get excellent exposure to a busy caseload, the firm also has a fantastic culture which runs through the firm. The firm recognises that a lot of junior property lawyers are stretched and working long hours in the Birmingham market and they have ensured that its team does not follow suit by having adequate support and a consistent recruitment strategy.

The property team is well respected and you will work closely with the senior lawyers and partners who will help you grow and develop as a property.

Profile

You will have at least 6 months' experience in property law during your training contract or perhaps you are already qualified as a solicitor.

You may have accepted a NQ position at your firm but are questioning whether you will be able to achieve the vital work/life balance.

Our client will look at candidates with differing levels of PQE.
