CQS accredited department offering excellent career progression in a modern environment requires an additional Residential Conveyancing Lawyer.
With a raft of awards and accreditations, our client is a multi-office firm with a progressive approach, staffed by a team of expert lawyers and dedicated support staff. Providing a comprehensive range of legal services, they serve business and individual clients in Greater London and across the south east. Having built an enviable reputation with peers and clients, they are now seeking to add to their team.
The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients’ thriving practice in Hounslow. Becoming part of a specialist team, the successful Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload to include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; new builds; Right to Buy; remortgages; shared ownerships; transfers of equity and; probate sales. Ideally with experience working within CQS and Lexcel requirements, the ideal Lawyer will also participate in business development activities to further the growth and development of the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ PQE gained within a reputable Residential Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing all aspects of conveyancing transactional work.
You will be client-focused with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
You will be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
Prior business development experience would be highly advantageous.
