The ideal candidate for this position will hold 2 years PQE or be a Cilex qualified member. At this stage we will also welcome applications from NQ's + if you feel you hold the necessary experience, and deem yourself competent to succeed in this role. You must have familiarity with private children work, experience in domestic abuse cases and an understanding of care proceedings.
It is essential that you are approachable, have good social skills and are confident, as well as having a keen interest in this area of law, considering the delicate nature of work. you will be required to develop relationships with Guardians of their career progresses.
Should you be successful, you will be joining a an established team of 8 which consists of the Head of Unit, Senior Associate, Associates, paralegals and one secretary.
