Commercial Property Paralegal

Our client is a reputable International firm and they are seeking a Commercial Property or Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in the West Midlands on a permanent basis.

The firm would be keen to meet with candidates who have extensive experience in working on commercial property transactions and ideally previous experience in handling a case load of corporate properties, lease extensions, property developments, property sites, licencing and asset management files. Candidates must be confident in assisting fee earners with minimal supervision and be able to draft all legal documents in relation to transactions.

Candidates will ideally be comfortable working a commercial property / real estate case from instruction to completion and experience dealing with high net worth commercial properties are of particular interest. Candidates will only be considered with upwards of 8 months Real Estate experience. Real Estate Paralegals with additional client facing experience will be of particular interest.
