Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

An attractive opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal has come up within a leading legal practice based in Altrincham. The firm ranks as one of the top 20 Residential Conveyancing firms in the country and advises on complex residential conveyancing matters. The team are made up of highly talented Conveyancers who handle work for some of the UK's largest developers.

This role is centred on providing support to the head of department with all transactions. It is suitable for someone looking to progress their career and who is confident assisting clients and third parties across all correspondence. Organisation and client care are paramount to this role. It is a key element of the role to ensure all paperwork is completed to deadline.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal should have a minimum of 6 months' experience within conveyancing. You must have strong administration experience, attention to detail and communication skills, as well as the drive to progress and succeed. Experience in management and/or using case management systems would be ideal.
