Restructuring Transaction Manager

You will focus on restructures, defaults and material prejudice matters on these transactions through the review, negotiation and execution of relevant documentation in relation to the A&T product offerings, which includes project finance & global loan transactions, structured finance transactions, collateral agent, Eurobonds and EMTN programmes. You will become a central point of contract for your allocated portfolio of clients, and be expected to build and develop relationships with clients, lawyers and financial advisors.

You will have both corporate trust and fiduciary experience, as well as solid experience in reviewing and negotiating legal documentation ,and are happy to hear from both lawyers as well as experienced contracts managers who have strong transaction management skills .
