Commercial Lawyer

A global consulting company is currently looking for a qualified Lawyer with commercial contracts experience to join the team on a temporary basis. The company is rapidly growing and creating great presence within the market.

The role will be working on behalf of a Tier 1 bank and responsibilities are likely to entail;

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including; subcontractor, IT and supplier agreements
• Review and implementation of frameworks

The successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate upwards of 4 years commercial contracts experience and banking experience is desirable.
