Conveyancing Executive

The Role
It is an exciting time for either a Solicitor, full or part qualified Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join an expanding Thames Valley Residential Property Team based in the firms Lexcel, CQS accredited Newbury office.                 

The Residential Property team have knowledge and expertise in many areas including buying from a developer or at auction, lease extensions, re-mortgaging and transfers of ownership.  The firm is delighted to have been given a "highly commended" status in the CQS Award for Excellence in Conveyancing Practice at the Law Society Excellence Awards.

The candidate
You will have the ability to manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. 

You are an effective communicator, a proactive self starter and looking for an opportunity to join and be part of a progressive and dedicated team.
