Legal Assistant - New Homes

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with enthusiasm and academic ability to join a friendly and professional Team.  The general duties of the Legal Assistant include (but are not limited to):-

• Copying and scanning;
• Use of online search facilities;
• Answering telephones and taking messages;
• General administrative support to the processing of the Team’s conveyancing matters from initial client inception to completion; and
• Any other administrative duties, as required. 

The Candidate
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient, and looking for an opportunity to join and provide valuable support to, a progressive and hard-working Team.  Excellent organisational skills are required.  Previous experience of working in a conveyancing team would be desirable.
