Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (5+ years PQE)

The Role:
The position will involve working within a busy team of lawyers and support staff, based at both the firms Poole and Dorchester offices.

You will advise clients on a range of company /commercial work, which may include: company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/ Purchase; Supply/ Distribution/ Agency /Franchise agreements etc), private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions. 

The Candidate:
This role will suit a Solicitor with 5+ years PQE, who has proven experience of corporate transactions work and a willingness to further develop their skills within company/commercial law. You are ideally familiar with case management systems and digital dictation.
