Our client, a global law firm based in the heart of the City, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Adviser or Junior HR Manager to join their team. The job title is Senior HR Generalist and, working closely with the Senior HR Manager and Director, plus the broader HR team, the role offers plenty of variety and scope for future career progression.
You will be involved in implementing and overseeing HR policies, procedures, ensuring they align with firmwide structures already in place and suggesting new ideas as well as improvements, Employee Relations, HR Projects, departmental HR Budgets, Recruitment, Benefits provision, plus the broad range of HR duties as required within an international law firm. Current headcount in London is c.300 and continued growth is expected.
You will require a minimum of 8 years' HR experience within a law firm in order to be considered for this excellent opportunity. Salary is up to £55k.
