This is a US headquartered firm with a thriving disputes practice, seeking to expand its highly regarded competition litigation team with the hire of a junior solicitor.
Role
- Representing claimants and defendants, in high profile cases (English High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal)
- Coordinating claims in other jurisdictions
- Defending clients in investigations by the European Commission and domestic competition authorities
- Managing internal investigations into competition law
Requirements
- UK experience and qualified with competition litigation experience
- Excellent academics
Salary
£120,000 - £140,000 depending on PQE level.
