As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be joining an excellent Practice where the career development of the team is proven. Attracting lateral hires from many of the South West's Firms, this team has demonstrated quality transactional work whilst retaining a culture that isn't based on long hours.

Your remit will include an excellent mix of Commercial Property work, ensuring a blend of experience is maintained. Expect Landlord & Tenant churn work, Acquisitions and Disposals, Development transactions, and wider project work.
