Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE)

A great mid-senior level opportunity for a 5+ Year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a UK top 200 law firm based in their Dorchester office.

The role
The firm attracts some of the countries most reputable companies and developers and due to expansion and a growing demand a new role has been created within the commercial property team. The role entails a wide range of commercial property matters, including but not limited to: 

• Commercial landlord & tenant matters
• Development work, including development agreements, infrastructure agreements, planning agreements and site set-up
• Acquisition and disposal of properties and land 
• Joint ventures and collaboration agreements
• Commercial leases

The candidate
The role will suit a 5+ Years PQE Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer. A meticulous approach and the ability to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines is required. The ideal candidate will have, or be able to maintain and build good working relationships with external professionals. Local knowledge is desirable.
