This is an urgent requirement for a paralegal to join a leading defendant clinical negligence department working alongside the fee-earners in the department.
The role will include preparing instructions to experts, reviewing medical records, taking notes at court, proof reading documents, legal research, taking witness statements and general administrative duties.
Ideal candidates must have at least 6 months experience as a paralegal.
