A leading Hampshire based law firm is currently seeking Commercial Property locum Solicitors who would be available to cover a number of short term periods of holiday leave.
Experience in handling a full commercial property caseload is essential. The matters you will be handling will include, but are not limited to:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
- Commercial leases and lease extensions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial developments
- Option agreements
- Property finance
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a full commercial property caseload and be able to work without supervision. Previous experience as a locum solicitor would be ideal but not a pre-requisite.
